Can I get waxed on my period?

Of course! We just ask that you have a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Please note that you may be more sensitive during this time.

What treatment is right for me?

While I ultimately won’t know until I see you, you are welcome to message me with any questions. Once we chat about your concerns I’ll recommend the service I think is best for you.

What do I need to do before my appointment?

For any advanced facial or waxing service you must discontinue use of retinol and tretinoin at least 7 days prior. You must be off of Accutane for a year minimum.

Can I book an appointment for my child?

I recommend facial services from 13 up. You must be a minimum of 16 years for waxing services. Bikini full and brazillians are not offered for clients under 18.

Please note, many different factors such as health conditions can contraindicate/prevent you from receiving a service. If this is the case we will pivot and find a treatment that works for you and your needs.

Policies

Cancellation policy

We ask that you give a 72hr notice when canceling your appointment so we can try and fill your spot.

If this is not done you are subject to being sent an invoice for your next appointment where you will have to pay a deposit for 50% of the service. If you give proper notice your deposit may be refunded. If you make your appointment the deposit will be applied to your total, and the other half due at the conclusion of the service. Please communicate with me if you have extenuating circumstances!

Late policy

We have a 10 min grace period, please be aware, if you are late to your appointment the service might have to be modified and the time shortened.

Appointments for minors

If your child is under 18, you must provide consent for the service and be present in suite for the entire duration of the service.
